We provide free complimentary returns for domestic exchanges within the United States. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Upon receiving confirmation that the label has been sent back to us, your replacement items will be shipped. Typically, confirmation is received within 24 hours after the package is handed over to the carrier.

By clicking on the above link, you can follow the necessary steps to acquire a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Additionally, all returns will be subject to a restocking fee of $7 per order, which will be subtracted from your refund amount. All returns must be made within 60 Days of order received.

Upon receiving all items and confirming their condition, refunds and credits will be applied to the initial payment method used, typically taking between 3-5 business days once items have been received. Unless an item is defective or damaged, the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for an exchange or repair of the item, a gift card or credit may be issued at our discretion.
